HOWEVER, IF PRODUCTS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT BEFORE DELIVERY TO YOU, WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, WHICH MAY INCLUDE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AT OUR DISCRETION.
